Our Chef, The White Lizard

The White Lizard is a reflection of Chef Daniel's food journey - creativity, personality, and play. From his early days of apprenticeship and playing rock-n-roll music to his catering career in Hollywood along with his fine dining restaurant ownerships. 

The food matters but the discovery stands out. An excitement, a blank canvas patiently waiting the stroke of a brush and a color palette with new inspiration from "my" muse.  

The not knowing that cultivates within just like a new song.
